preparation of usucha

• warm the chawan with hot water
• sift 2g of matcha — approximately 2 chashaku — into the chawan
• add 80ml of water at 70〜80°C
• whisk with a bamboo whisk — chasen — for 30 seconds、moving it in a “w” motion

how does tea affect the body?

matcha 抹茶 — is finely ground tencha leaves — a japanese green tea that、 thanks to shading、 accumulates a high concentration of the natural amino acid l-theanine、 which has scientifically proven positive effects on the body and nervous system。

2g of matcha contain 40〜70mg of theanine and 60〜70mg of caffeine、which together create a state of calm concentration and improve focus。

Très beau matcha.

Texture fine, mousse délicate et une belle couleur verte intense. En bouche, c’est doux et équilibré, avec une légère amertume élégante et des notes végétales fraîches, presque crémeuses.

Service impeccable: livraison rapide, packaging soigné et une vraie attention au détail.

Une très belle découverte je recommande sans hésiter.

Un matcha doux et moelleux, avec une légère amertume. Au goût, des notes de pomme et une vanille subtile et délicate. Aucune acidité — le profil est équilibré, agréable et facile à appréhender.
Un matcha très plaisant et polyvalent, qui se laisse facilement apprécier et qui plaira, je pense, à la plupart des gens. Il laisse une sensation de légèreté et de fraîcheur — on a envie d'y revenir encore et encore.
