there、 diligent farmers cultivate、 harvest、 and then cool、 steam、 and dry the once lush green leaves of yabukita。 it is from these leaves that they prepare the monocultural and independent tea。

• warm the chawan with hot water
• sift 2g of matcha — approximately 2 chashaku — into the chawan
• add 80ml of water at 70〜80°C
• whisk with a bamboo whisk — chasen — for 30 seconds、moving it in a “w” motion
