brewing method oyudashi お湯出し — hot brew

  • use 2g of tea per 150ml of water
  • brew with water at 70〜80°C、steep for 1〜2 minutes
  • pour 2〜3 times

*most varieties of japanese green tea can be brewed with water from 60 to 90°C、adjusting the steeping time to achieve different strengths and flavor nuances。experiment!

brewing method mizudashi 水出し — cold brew

  • use 3〜5g of tea per 500ml of cold water
  • leave to steep for 3 to 6 hours in the refrigerator
