preparation method

brewing method oyudashi お湯出し — hot brew

  • use 3g of tea per 100ml of water
  • brew with water at 85°C
  • steep for 1 minute

*most varieties of japanese green tea can be brewed with water from 60 to 90°C、adjusting the steeping time to achieve different strengths and flavor nuances。experiment!
